Can you tell us your experience with this lawyer Souhaib Hajbi?
He was the only lawyer who attempted to use the mountain of evidence of Low Deep T to attempt to secure justice for him.

He filed a plaint against Faiza Douzi and Neila El mechat. When both lawyers learnt about the plaint, threats were made against him.

Souhaib Hajbi was based in the city of Sidi Bouzid. By the time Low deep T hired Souhain hajbi he had become completely exhausted by various attempts to find an honest lawyer in Tunis.

Souhaib Hajbi was introduced to Low Deep T via one of his fans who recommended him as their family lawyer.

Below is the evidence of the first deposit paid to Souhaib hajbi for representation.
First Deposit. 2063 TND. Due to data protection, we redacted his bank account number.

Souhaib Hajbi informed Low Deep T that he was due to attend the next hearing at the court of appeal in Tunis and requested more money.
Low Deep T transferred an extra : 715.6 TND
Second Deposit:

To the surprise of Low Deep T, Souhaib did not travel to Tunis. He was in his city of Sidi Bouzid.

He lied to Low Deep t that he attended the court undercover to see what the criminals were doing.

This is the evidence of the lie and deceit.

Sadly Low Deep T became sick of the constant lying by lawyers. Souhaib hajjbi did not travel to Tunis. He lied. He was in the city of Sidi Bouzid which is over 300 km from Tunis.

In addition to the lies, Low Deep T discovered that Souhaib Hajbi failed to submit any of the evidence of Low Deep T in the court of appeal.
He was immediately sacked in accordance with Tunisian law.

  1. Mr Hajbi , why did you fail to submit all the factual evidence of the Low Deep t ’s case to the court of appeal?
  2. Why did you lie to Low Deep T, extracting money from him on the pretext that you would be travelling to represent him in Tunis whilst you were over 300 Km away from Tunis in the city of Sidi Bouzid.

In 2023 after the IWatch investigation into the victimisation of Low Deep T, Souhaib Hajbi was one of the lawyers found guilty of abuses but no action has been taken against him.

We hope that the current president of the Tunisian bar will review all the evidence on this site and hold these rogue lawyers accountable for their abuses and betrayal of the ethics of the legal profession.
