Neila El Mechat
Neila El mechat is the best friend /accomplice/co-conspirator and partner in crime of Faiza Douzi.
Neila El Mechat was aware that Low Deep T and Faiza Douzi were engaged yet she assisted and represented Faiza Douzi in the fraudulent claim they filed in the Tunisian Bar.
Both women lied in the initial submission stating that the relationship between Faiza Douzi and Low Deep T was a business relationship.
When all the evidence of the lies and crimes of Faiza Douzi submitted in the Tunisian bar was relayed to Neila el Mechat she realised that they were in trouble.
Their fraudulent claim was about to fail and the consequences were beginning to become more severe.
Neila el mechat contacted the second team of lawyers hired by Low Deep T for representation led by professor Landolsi and his partner. She had a meeting with them requesting negotiation to close their case. The lawyer advised Neila that they would lose both cases.

Neila and faiza Douzi did not close their fraudulent files. Neila and Faiza Douzi did not negotiate. They continued the fraudulent claim thereby forcing Low Deep T to hire more corrupt and racist lawyers who were not prepared to utilise his evidence to secure justice for him.
Neila El mechat was questioned by a police officer from the Hammamet division about complicity in spying offences committed by Faiza Douzi In 2019.
Neila el mechat was involved in the conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. She was involved with Faiza Douzi and others by removing all the evidence and documents from the file of the case in the Court of appeal. At the first hearing in the court of appeal, the judges were shocked to learn that the entire file of the case of Low Deep T was empty. All the documents and evidence of the case in the Tunisian bar was missing.
Here are two emails from the lawyer Ghazi Mrabet who represented Low Deep T in that first hearing in the court of appeal.
The court of appeal had to adjourn the case three times before they brought back some of the documents but they removed crucial evidence relating to the fact that the highest fees they charged Low Deep T in the fraudulent claim was for sex at 4500 per weekend.
Neila el mechat is a crook. A pathological liar. She is currently practicing as a lawyer in Tunisia.
We believe that Neila El mechat is not a fit and proper person to be acting as a lawyer in any jurisdiction.

- Why did you participate with Faiza Douzi in spying on Low Deep T.?
- After The police officer Bilel of the Hammammet police division interviewed you in 2019 about complicity in spying offences against Low Deep T, why did you recruit your father as an agent of corruption and terrorism to harass that police officer.
- After you attended a meeting with one for Low Deep T’s lawyers in 2017 seeking for negotiations to close your fraudulent file why did you not close the files and subsequently continued the fraudulent claim?
- Why did you lie in the fraudulent claim stating that Low Deep T’s relationship with Faiza Douzi was a business relationship when you knew they were engaged. Are you not aware that the consequences of lying can be serious.
Neila El Mechat is a fraudster.
In 2023 after the IWatch investigation into the victimisation of Low Deep T, Neila El Mechat was one of the lawyers found guilty of abuses but no action has been taken against her.
We hope that the current president of the Tunisian bar will review all the evidence on this site and hold these rogue lawyers accountable for their abuses and betrayal of the ethics of the legal profession.
