Who is Faiza Douzi?
Faiza Douzi is a Tunisian business lawyer who filed a fraudulent claim in the Tunisian bar against the international artist known as Low Deep T. She has now escaped Tunisia to Paris after the Tunisian court of appeal condemned her in their judgement against her on the 10th of June 2020 in the fraudulent claim.
By virtue of the Tunisian court of appeal judgement against Faiza Douzi delivered on the 10th of June 2020, she became an adjudicated Fraudster. The claim Faiza Douzi filed in the Tunisian bar was a classic definition of a fraudulent claim.
Faiza Douzi was aware that Low Deep T was not owing her any money for alleged services based on the facts and the law yet she lied. She failed to reveal in her initial statement and submission in the Tunisian bar in 2016 that her relationship with Low Deep T was a romantic relationship. She lied. She wrote that it was a “business relationship“.
This was the big lie that formed the foundation of her fraudulent claim . It allowed her to charge Low Deep T for everything they did together and everywhere they went together. Faiza Douzi referred to everything as services. All of her charges for services were retrospective, that means during the relationship there was not a single communication or invoice or a whats app message where Faiza Douzi demanded payment for an alleged service.
It did not exist. The entire claim was bogus and fraudulent. The total amount of money she was claiming for alleged services was 74,000 Dinars.
All the evidence you are about to read was submitted in the Tunisian bar in 2016-2017.
Faiza Douzi miscalculated. She didn’t believe that Low Deep T would travel to Tunis to defend the fraudulent claim, so she went into overdrive with lies, fabrication and manipulation.
What is the truth?
Faiza Douzi claimed she was the lawyer of Low Deep T. That was a lie too!! Low Deep T was an ex lawyer. Here is his photo taken on the day of his call to the bar.

Faiza Douzi was not just in a relationship with Low Deep T , they were engaged . The engagement took place at her father’s flat in Tunis in March 2015.

All of these cards constituted acts of deception and manipulation because whilst Faiza Douzi was writing about love in these cards she was secretly preparing this book of Shame (the fraudulent claim). This is the size of the big book Faiza Douzi submitted in the Tunisian bar to prove her fraudulent claim of services in September 2016.
Three examples of alleged services were.
Going to the Bank with Low Deep T ( 600) Dinars
Visiting a recording Studio to watch Low Deep T make music for the first time (500) Dinars
The most immoral and illegal claim of all was, Travelling to meet Low Deep T for a sex weekend 4,500 Dinars.

Four months after this trip Faiza Douzi claimed it was a service in her Fraudulent claim.
This is Faiza Douzi in her own words describing the nature of her relationship with Low Deep T 4 months before she lied about it. This skype video conversation was recorded on the 22nd of June 2016. Here Faiza Douzi refers to herself as the wife of Low Deep T.
Faiza Douzi had multiple motivations for filing the fraudulent claim
Revenge. She wanted Low Deep T to pay for refusing to marry her.
This is the reaction of Faiza Douzi when Low Deep T told her he will not be entering into a marriage with her.
Greed and Extortion.
The total amount of money in Faiza Douzi’s bank account at the time Low Deep T transferred a first instalment of 7500 euros for wedding expenses was 445 Euros or £385 or 1500 Dinars. That was the only money she had in her life at the time. Faiza Douzi was a poor struggling lawyer in Tunis. We were able to obtain evidence of her bank account from her filling in a court action against her in Lambeth court in London. Here it is.
Everywhere Faiza Douzi went with Low Deep T, all expenses including hotels , flights, food , shopping were all paid for by Low Deep T during the relationship. Her gratitude was paid in lies, abuse, persistent violations and theft.
On the 13th of February 2015 Faiza Douzi sent Low Deep T a document titled “Frais de marriage” which was a proposed budget for wedding expenses and acquisition of property. Low Deep T decided to advance a deposit of 7500 Euros.
Evidence of transfer:
Faiza stole the money deposited for her own wedding expenses. When Low Deep T asked her to account for the money, she lied 5 times narrating 5 different contradictory and inconsistent answers in different documents as to the reason for the transfer of the money.
The Tunisian bailiff by the name of Faten Hamdi verified and certified all the evidence and determined that Faiza Douzi was a pathological liar and had indeed stolen the money. This is the evidence of the notification served on Faiza Douzi by the bailiff in 2017 to recover stolen items.
This is the Apple iPhone receipt of Low Deep T’s company stolen by Faiza Douzi.
Faiza Douzi used the Iphone to record private and sensitive video material of Low Deep T during their stay in a hotel suite in Oran Algeria in April 2016. The recovery of the item was included in the notification served on Faiza Douzi by the Tunisian bailiff Faten Hamdi. Low Deep T is still traumatised by the theft of this phone.
Blackmail and leverage.
Faiza Douzi wanted to secure a corrupt judgement from the Tunisian bar and use that judgement to freeze the Euro bank account of Low Deep T with Biat Bank of Tunisia and use that as a leverage to coerce and blackmail him into signing a non disclosure agreement not to disclose her various abuses , infractions and crimes she committed during the relationship.
This is evidence of her response to an email from Low Deep T titled “olive branch“ wherein he pleaded with her to resolve all matters quietly and privately but she refused and in typical narcissistic fashion demanded that Low Deep T sign a non – disclosure agreement for her whilst at the same time lying. Professor Abdelwahed Landolsi described this email as a sort of blackmail.
He was right.
Persistent Spying
This is an email written by Low Deep T to Faiza Douzi on the 27th of September 2015 the first time he detected that Faiza Douzi had hacked into his Skype account from her IP address in Tunis to spy on him. He subsequently detected she had also gained access to his private email on multiple occasions to spy on him from her IP address in Tunis.

This is the video excerpt from the final conversation between Faiza Douzi and Low Deep T recorded on the 22nd of June 2016. Here Faiza Douzi states there was a reason why she kept repeating the criminal offence of Spying.
We would like to ask Tunisians if there is a reason to commit the criminal offence of spying under Tunisian law.
Here is a list of the total number of spying infractions committed by Faiza Douzi during a two year relationship.
- 23 recorded illegal logins into the private gmail account of Low Deep T from her IP address in Tunis to spy
- 17 recorded illegal logins in the same period of his personal Skype account for the purposes of spying
- 4 illegal logins of personal HTC brand phone to spy and delete content
- 3 illegal legal logins on personal iPhone for the purposes of spying and deleting content.
- 5 recorded illegal logins into my MacBook Pro 15 for the purposes of spying and deleting content .
The first time Low Deep T discovered that Faiza Douzi had hacked into his skype account and email accounts from her IP address in Tunis to spy on Low Deep T he lodged a complaint to the Metropolitan police in the UK as that amounted to an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

During the Oran trip in April 2016, Faiza Douzi illegally accessed Low Deep T’s Iphone whilst he was asleep to spy and delete content. This particular incident was extremely distressful and psychologically damaging as Faiza Douzi had previously promised never to spy again.

The persistent abuse and violations was causing a lot of health problems for Low Deep T.

Here is evidence of an exchange with Faiza Douzi after Low Deep T visited his personal Doctor for the Inflammation of the back.
Due to the persistent abuses of Faiza Douzi on Low Deep T which has now started to affect his health, Low Deep T decided that he could not proceed with the marriage and sought an intervention from Faiza Douzi’s Family.
He wrote to Faiza Douzi in December of 2015 seeking to attend a mediation with the family but Faiza Douzi refused any mediation. She was lying and manipulating her own mother who was wondering the reason for the delay in marriage preparations after the engagement.
Instead of Faiza Douzi telling her mother the truth she resorted to putting incessant pressure on Low Deep T to start marriage preparations.
Here is evidence of Faiza Douzi seeking to manipulate Low Deep T into marriage. Low Deep T was seeking intervention and mediation from the family of Faiza Douzi to help with the relationship, Faiza Douzi was seeking to manipulate him into marriage preparations without resolution of their problems stemming from the persistent abuse by Faiza Douzi.

Here is evidence of Faiza Douzi’s reaction after Low Deep T told her that he will no longer invite her to any of his international concerts or visit their family home the next time he visited Tunis. Faiza Douzi said she doesn’t accept ultimatum in her life.
During the relationship Faiza Douzi sent two written agreements for Low Deep T to sign.
- Low Deep T thought about buying a property in Tunis. At that time in Tunis foreigners had to undergo a process which took quite a long time before they were able to buy. Faiza Douzi presented an agreement to Low Deep T which will lead to Low Deep T paying over 3,000 dinars for a mortgage per month for the property. Under that agreement, Whilst Low Deep T was paying for the property the property will be in the name of Faiza Douzi. Faiza Douzi wanted the property to be in her name while Low Deep T was paying for it. Low Deep T declined to buy.
- Between 2014-2016 there was an explosion of popularity in Low Deep T’s music in Tunisia. Faiza Douzi proposed to Low Deep T that she could use her contacts to secure Endorsements, product placement in music videos, and various types of Sponsorships. For this she prepared and wrote a document titled Services agreement. It was similar to an agency agreement. Faiza Douzi entered into the agreement as an independent provider. Under this agreement, Faiza Douzi’s remuneration would be 15% of any business opportunity she secured. In 2 years of having this power granted to her by Low Deep T to help her make money, Faiza Douzi secured Zero business opportunity. Low Deep T was happy to sign the agreement as he rather his fiance made money from his talent than other agents.
Here is the clause dealing with remuneration under the services agreement.
5. Provider’s Compensation. 5.1. In compensation for The Provider’s services under this agreement, The Company agrees to pay to him a fifteen percent (15%) of all the deals that the Provider will bring from the activities in and throughout the booking, entertainment, amusement, music, sponsoring and music publishing industries.
This is evidence of an enquiry for a multiple festival tour worth over 60,000 GBP with a company known as Mon productions that approached Faiza Douzi. Faiza Douzi failed to inform Low Deep T because she was angry he was not proceeding with the marriage. Low Deep T only found out after the end of the relationship.
Communication was on the 11/11/2017 after over one year low Deep T ended the relationship.
We believe there must have been so many more business opportunities Faiza Douzi hid from Low Deep T because she was angry he was not commencing marriage preparations.
Low deep T wrote over 18 emails literally begging Faiza Douzi to refrain from proceeding with the fraudulent claim but in her usual narcissistic disposition she refused. The international lawyer of Low Deep t wrote multiple emails to Faiza Douzi requesting for negotiations to end the saga , but she failed to respond to a single email.
In 2023 Low Deep T published a song titled “My Nightmare in Tunisia.” The song was released to the media in Tunis to provoke a reaction in an attempt to get the rogue lawyers who victimised low Deep T accountable for their actions. The song prompted the Independent Non governmental anti corruption body known as iwatch Tunisia to get in contact . They offered to conduct an investigation into the case.
Here is an email sent to Low Deep T’s international lawyer confirming the findings of the investigating lawyer Azza Khemiri. Faiza Douzi was also found liable for abuses.

Till today Faiza Douzi has offered no apology for all the infractions and crimes she committed. Faiza Douzi failed to comply with the Tunisian court of appeal judgement against her. She opted to escape from Tunis to Paris where evidence of her past would not hamper her quest to build a career as an attorney.
On the 24th of February 2015 the international lawyers of Low Deep T sent a demand letter by courier to her. She spent all day avoiding service like a criminal running from the law. .Eventually the demand letter was emailed to her. At that time she was owing the sum of £58,802.00 Pounds and £400,000 in damages.
This amount has now gone up as Low Deep T has hired a new set of lawyers in Paris to commence the process of accountability for Faiza Douzi.

Faiza Douzi committed crimes under Tunisian law. Faiza Douzi has evaded accountability for 8 years,
Faiza Douzi has acted as though she is above the law,
Faiza Douzi co-opted her colleagues to subject Low Deep T to despicable acts of racism in Tunisia.
She was the sole reason Low Deep T was exposed to despicable acts of racism because he went to Tunisia to fight the fraudulent claim she filled in the Tunisian bar.
In addition to the above Faiza Douzi has continued to defame Low Deep T’s name despite losing the fraudulent claim for services, she has continued to tell anyone who will listen to her lies and pathetic deception that Low Deep T is owing her money for services.
This is evidence of an ignorant lawyer who wrote on Low Deep T’s official facebook page asking why Low Deep T did not pay Faiza Douzi for services. This evidence was posted on the 4th of March 2023 3 years after Faiza Douzi was condemned by the Tunisian Court of appeal.
Evidence:
We would like to ask the President of the Tunisian bar why Faiza Douzi is still registered and allowed to practice as a lawyer under Tunisian law. She had no respect for Tunisian law or the judgement of the court of appeal of Tunisia.
Faiza Douzi is not a fit and proper person to act as a lawyer in any jurisdiction taking into consideration her abusive and past criminal infractions.
We are hoping by publishing all the evidence here on this site the President of the Tunisian bar will intervene to save the image of the Tunsian bar.
