Can you tell us your experience with this lawyer Amira Khemiri?
Amira Khemiri is a deceptive character. I first met her after my last concert in Tunis. She sent me a photo taken with me on Facebook along with a friend request.

I saw that she was a lawyer in Tunis. I needed a lawyer for a breach of contract case because a promoter by the name of Majdi Drine failed to pay my DJ after a concert.

This is evidence of the power of attorney signed by Low Deep T to represent him in the case to recover money following a breach of contract.

I met Amira a few times. She introduced me to her friends as a friend.
This is the evidence of her ID card she gave me to convince me of her honesty and professionalism. But this was all deception and manipulation.

This is the evidence of the receipt she wrote for me for the deposit I paid her : 1500 dinars for the case.

After receiving this money , Amira Khemiri did nothing about my case. She just disappeared without communication for 8 years.

Amira Khemiri in addition to doing nothing for my case, she also stole my guitar.

This is the photo of my guitar I left in possession of Amira because I had excess baggage and decided to leave it for the next time I returned to Tunis.

After my victimisation in the Tunisian bar I swore never to go back to Tunis.
This is evidence of the whats app text from my international lawyer requesting to arrange a courier for the return of my guitar sent to Amira Khemiri on the 26th of July 2021. Amira Khemiri read the message and never replied.

This is the message I wrote to Amira Khemiri on messenger on facebook on the 21st July 2021 requesting a response to my lawyer to return my guitar.

Amira Khemiri also ignored my message I decided to ask a local musician by the name of Jihed Hammemi to call Amira Khemiri to recover the guitar.
Here is evidence of his interaction with Amira Khemiri. Amira Khemiri lied to him and blocked him afterwards from communicating.

Amira Khemiri stole Low Deep T’s guitar.

  1. Miss Amira Khemiri why did you accept a deposit from low deep T to represent and assist him in recovering his rights following a breach of contract and then disappear without doing the work for 8 years?
  2. Miss Amira Khemiri have you heard about the crime referred to as theft by misappropriation?
  3. Why did you ignore all messages by the international lawyer of Low Deep T to return his guitar?
  4. Why did you block the attempts made by a local musician who was mandated to recover Low Deep T’s guitar. That guitar you stole holds a sentimental value to Low Deep T because he wrote a lot of hit songs with that guitar.
  5. Are you aware that your behaviour is criminal?

In 2023 after the IWatch investigation into the victimisation of Low Deep T, Miss Khemiri was one of the lawyers found guilty of abuses but no action has been taken against her .

We hope that the current president of the Tunisian bar will review all the evidence on this site and hold these rogue lawyers accountable for their abuses and betrayal of the ethics of the legal profession.

Amira Khemiri is not only a thief and a rogue lawyer, she has no respect for Tunisian law or any concern about the image of Tunisia internationally.
