Arbi Lotfi

This was the lawyer in the Tunisian bar who was the architect of the victimisation of Low Deep T. Mr Arbi Lotfi at the time in 2016/2017 was the President of the section of lawyers in Tunis.

A position of responsibility and authority but this man as you will read below was either ignorant of Tunisian law or refused to apply Tunisian law because of Nepotism, racism and corruption.

Mr Arbi Lotfi was the lawyer appointed to decide the Fraudulent claim against Low Deep T filed by Faiza Douzi.
He saw all the evidence of facts and the evidence of the law in the case. He disregarded both and wrote a judgement in favour of Faiza Douzi awarding her 57,000 dinars in total. 

Mr Arbi Lotfi had no respect for Tunisian law. Here is a link to read his judgement.

Professor Abdelwahed Landolsi who was hired by low Deep T to represent him in the appeal court reviewed the evidence and described the judgement of Arbi lotfi as based on Nepotism and Racism. He said and we quote “The only reason he wrote the judgement was because Faiza Douzi was a colleague.“

This judgement was in support of Prostitution in Tunisia. A corrupt judgement without explanation in facts or Law.

The entire claim filed by Faiza Douzi was fraudulent and should have been dismissed on arrival. The claim of Faiza Doui was based on a big lie that her relationship with Low Deep T was a business relationship. This was a lie.

Low Deep T decided not to marry Faiza Douzi because of persistent abuse, constant lying, deception, manipulation, stealing and spying. All evidence of the above infractions by Faiza Douzi were all submitted in the Tunisian bar and Mr Arbi Lotfi saw all of it. But he ignored all of it.

Low Deep T appeared before Mr Arbi Lotfi to defend himself in the fraudulent claim in the spring of 2017. This is the evidence Mr Arbi Lotfi showed to Low Deep T and said to him “This is Private” It is the WhatsApp evidence of their communication before Low Deep T invited Faiza to join him in Oran where he had a concert.

We the fans of Low a deep T have a few questions for Mr Arbi Lotfi.

  1. If a woman tells you that she is travelling for a sex weekend with her Fiance in April 2016 and then she files a claim in September 2016 after the Fiance decided not to marry her and refers to the trip as a service what type of service is it?
  2. Faiza Douzi charged 4500 dinars for that service in her fraudulent claim. What do you call a person who charges for sex in Tunisia?
  3. Mr Lotfi can you tell your fellow Tunisians and your colleagues in the Tunisian bar why you wrote a judgement supporting prostitution in Tunisia .
  4. Mr Arbi Lotfi , you approved the fraudulent claim of faiza douzi who charged 4500 dinars for a sex weekend. We would like to ask you this! Is prostitution legal under Tunisia law?
  5. Three judges of the court of appeals declared your judgement unlawful and therefore illegal. Why are you still practicing as a lawyer? Have you read the ethics of the legal profession?
  6. Mr Arbi Lotfi we have published your corrupt judgment on this site , you gave no reason or explanation how you arrived at your decision, can you tell your fellow Tunisians and your colleagues which law you relied on to arrive at your decision which was later declared invalid, unlawful and illegal by the Tunisian court of appeal.
  7. The court of appeal declared your corrupt judgement illegal why have you refused to apologise to Low Deep T for subjecting him to racism?
  8. Mr Arbi Lotfi , do you care about the image of Tunisia? Why did you betray the laws of Tunisia? Did you receive a bribe to write that judgement? Don’t you think it’s time to tell your fellow Tunisians the truth?

Low Deep T’s international lawyer wrote to Mr Arbi Lotfi demanding an apology. Mr Lotfi after ignoring two emails finally responded when he received information that he was about to be exposed. Below was his reply. He wrote that he was no longer in charge. No acknowledgement of responsibility and no apology for subjecting low deep t to racism

We are asking Mr Arbi Lotfi what have you done for Tunisia. You victimised an artist that loved your country by subjecting him to Racism and you never had the courage and wisdom to offer an apology.
