With regards to this Lawyer Professor Landolsi, what role did he play in your victimisation?
Answer:
Of all the lawyers I hired in Tunisia, Professor Landolsi was the lawyer I was most disappointed with.
Why do you say that?
Answer:
The professor was the first lawyer to read all my evidence and understood my case completely. He mentioned to me that the only reason why I lost the case in the Tunisian bar was because of Nepotism and racism. He also wrote that my chance of success in the court of appeal was very high and the decision would be reversed.
I paid him a deposit of 5000 Dinars for two cases.
- Firstly to represent me in the court of appeal case to assist me to recover my rights,
- Secondly, to recover money and company property stolen by Faiza Douzi.
After my experience with the previous lawyers Sami Slim and Amira Khemeiri both of whom i paid in cash, I conducted this transaction through my Tunisian bank (Biat bank). Below is the proof of payment. I also insisted that my Bank manager add an extra layer of evidence by writing on the receipt of the transfer the purpose of the transaction. Evidence Below-

As usual he began very well. He told me he filed the appeal and recruited a bailiff by the name of Faten Hamdi to work us on the case as well as a sworn translator by the name of Donia Labidi.
Thereafter, I paid the bailiff her fees too. Professor Landolsi arranged a meeting between the three of us for the bailiff to certify all the evidence in the case. The bailiff thereafter served Faiza Douzi with this notification below.

After the bailiff’s service , I was unable to have any communication with Landolsi for 36 days. He didn’t respond to my messages. I became worried. I asked one of my local fans to call him on his number using their local number.
She spoke to Landolsi and thereafter he finally responded after one month and apologised.
I sent an email asking for landolsi to send me the evidence and proof that he filed the appeal. My suspicion was again aroused by the delay in action being taken to bring the second case.
Professor Landolisi sent me an email below informing me that his colleague had a meeting with Neyla El Mechat Faiza Douzi’s lawyer offering to negotiate and close all their files.

He also sent me this email regarding the case highlighting that Faiza Douzi and Neyla were concerned about the evidence of the criminal infractions committed by Faiza Douzi.
Professor Landolsi after my last conversation with him sent me this email informing me that as Faiza Douzi and her accomplice/lawyer Neyla El Mechat were not serious about negotiations we will proceed to the court.
It was clear that there was a lot of corruption going on behind the scenes. This is the evidence of the email Professor Landolsi sent to me informing me that we would be going to the next step.
Shortly afterwards I wrote to Professor Landolsi demanding a meeting. He promised to get back to me but he never did. The bailiff Faten Hamdi had completed her work and was ready. Donia Labidi, the interpreter, had also completed her work and was ready.
But one person who was missing was Professor Abdelwahed Landolsi. Professor Landolsi was no longer responding to my messages. I asked my local assistant by the name of Sahar Hassnaoui to call him on my behalf from her local number. My local assistant informed me that he promised to call me . He never did. This is evidence of my conversation with my local Assistant at the time.

I also sent a message on viber to Faten Hamdi, the bailiff he recruited to assist us with the case, complaining and informing her that Professor Abdelwahed Landolsi had abandoned me and was no longer responding to my messages.

I was stressed out again. I wasn’t sure if the professor had filed the appeal or not as he never sent me the documents as I requested.
Professor Landolsi disappeared without giving me the Appeal case number.
After many months of not knowing what happened to my appeal case, I decided to advertise my problem on facebook.
As fate would have it, one of my fans in Tunisia worked in the judicial department and offered to assist me to see if there was a case with my name. This was the evidence of my communication with the man on viber. I redacted the name of the person because he promised to help me on the basis that he remained anonymous.
Without this above information I would have lost the appeal case but as fate would have it Professor Landolsi’s objective of abandoning me and joining the conspiracy to pervert the course of Justice failed.
After I received the case number from a fan in Tunis who assisted me I had to quickly scramble to find another lawyer as I only had two weeks before the first hearing in the court of appeal. Enter the next lawyer Ghazi Mrabet. On the first day of the hearing in the court of appeal it became clear to me the reason why Professor disappeared.
Here is the email I received from the new lawyer Ghazi Mrabet after attending the court of appeal informing me that all the documents of my case had been removed. The entire file of my case was empty.

On the 24th of September 2019 a police officer Bilel from the Hammmmet division was introduced to me by one of my fans . He introduced me to their family lawyer by the name of Souhaib Hajbi who was eventually the last lawyer I hired in Tunisia.
After relaying my story about the lawyers abuses, the police officer placed a call to Abdelwahed Landolsi to recover the money I paid him for representation before he disappeared without doing the job. Professor Landolsi was terrified following this police intervention.
The police officer requested that I write Professor landolsi to recover the documents of my case in other to pass it on to the new lawyer. This below is the reply from Professor Landolsi to my email. Please bear in mind professor Landolsi had abandoned me and disappeared for over 2 years until the intervention of the police officer.
Till today professor landolsi has not apologised for his behaviour. My international lawyer wrote to him seeking an apology. Professor Landolsi resorted to more lies, deception and manipulation. The professor has not explained to me why he abandoned my case.
He has not asked me how I found out the number of my appeal case.
Professor Abdelwahed is a crook. He is a pathological liar.
He is deceptive and manipulative and must take responsibility for his infractions and must be made to be accountable for his actions.

- Professor landolsi , why did you accept money from Low Deep T and promised to represent him in two cases and disappeared after filing the appeal case without sending him the case number ?
- What did you expect to happen to Low Deep T ’s appeal case after you disappeared without informing him of the appeal case number ?
- Low Deep T sent you a text after you disappeared and referred to you as a coward for abandoning him ,can you tell Tunisians how much you were paid to join the conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. Were you threatened ? If so by who ? Did you receive money to betray Low Deep t.
- Why have you failed to return the money paid to you for doing not a single thing from what you were contracted to do.
In 2023 after the IWatch investigation into the victimisation of Low Deep T, professor Abdelwahed Landolsi was one of the lawyers found guilty of abuses but no action has been taken against him. We believe this was partly because we discovered that the investigating lawyer at watch Tunisia was once a student of Professor Abdelwahed Landolsi.
We hope that the current president of the Tunisian bar will review all the evidence on this site and hold these rogue lawyers accountable for their abuses and betrayal of the ethics of the legal profession.
Professor Landolsi is not only a coward, he is also a rogue .He has no respect for Tunisian law or any concern about the image of Tunisia internationally.
