This is Ghazi Mrabet. He is the lawyer I hired after professor Abdelwahed Landolsi had abandoned my case and disappeared .
Here is the deposit I transferred into his account for representation.His bank account number is redacted because of data protection.
Ghazi is a pathological liar.
This man engaged in deception and manipulation.
Before you hire a lawyer to represent you, the first thing you do is tell him your story and the evidence you have. His job is for him to use the facts and evidence and apply the law and assist you in recovering your rights or defending your rights.
After all the evidence of facts of my case was sent to Ghazi Mrabet. Below is the email from Ghazi to me about what he would do if I hired him.

Answer: No
Ghazi kept lying and deceiving and would constantly avoid answering questions and failed to use my evidence to go after the opposition.
I told him about Professor Landolsi disappearing after I paid him to represent me. He did nothing. The only thing Ghazi did for me was representing me in the first hearing in the court of appeal.
These below are the emails Ghazi sent to me after the first hearing at the court of appeal. These emails contain evidence of a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice which involved some of the lawyers mentioned here.
Question: what did they do?
Answer. The judges of the court of appeal were surprised and shocked to learn that the entire file of my case was empty. All the documents and evidence from the Tunisian bar had all disappeared.

The judges adjourned the case three times and ordered that all the evidence be brought back.
All the factual evidence for example ,that Faiza Douzi and Low Deep t were engaged, crucial evidence that the entire case was a fraud as well as the incredible fact that the highest amount of money charged by Faiza Douzi was for sex were all missing. The court of appeal judges were prevented from reviewing this evidence prior to their judgement.
After more frustration from Ghazi failing to use my evidence to attack the opposition, I decided with my international lawyer to sack Ghazi mrabet. In addition to the failure to use my evidence, Ghazi started to put pressure on me to pay all the fees. The case has not started in the court of appeal, Ghazi has not gone after the opposition using my evidence as he promised in his email to me.

However Ghazi Mrabet did not go quietly. At the next hearing of the court of appeal after I had hired a new lawyer Ghazi Mrabet went to the court seeking to deceive and manipulate me.
Two years after we sacked Ghazi Mrabet we discovered evidence from Professor Abdelwahed Landolsi that Ghazi was colluding with him in secret and that Ghazi had told him that the British Embassy had appointed him to take over the case. This was another big Lie.
All our fears about Ghazi lying were corroborated by professor Abdelwahed Landolsi.

Ghazi is another racist lawyer who was only interested in deception and manipulation.
We have a few questions for Ghazi Mrabet .
- Mr ghazi Mrabet why did you fail to carry out the tasks you promised that you would do in your email of November 8 ,2017 after you received the advance for representation?
- Mr Mrabet why did you collude with the rogue lawyer Professor landolsi who took money for representation from Low Deep T and disappeared. Why did you lie to him that the British embassy appointed you to take over the case.
- Why did you fail to utilise Low Deep T’s evidence to attack the opposition?
- Why did you attend another hearing in the court of appeal after you had been sacked from representation.
Ghazi Mrabet is one of the lawyers found guilty of abuses in the Iwatch investigation. Till today he has not been held accountable.
We hope that the current president of the Tunisian bar will review all the evidence on this site and hold these rogue lawyers accountable for their abuses and betrayal of the ethics of the legal profession.
