Who is this lawyer?
His name is Sami slim.

What role did he play in your victimisation?

Sami was the first lawyer I hired to represent me when I received the notification that Faiza Douzi filed a Fraudulent claim against me. I only had two weeks to respond to the claim. A mutual friend who is a Tunisian Musician introduced me to him as their family lawyer.

I sent him all the evidence of my case. The first words I recall him saying was “It’s a shame.“
I asked him if Faiza Douzi mentioned that we were engaged in the Book she filed in the Tunisian bar .He responded No. I immediately knew I was dealing with a fraudulent claim. Sami slim also asked me if I was sure Faiza Douzi was a lawyer because he never heard of her.
I tried to get an audience in front of the Tunisian bar hearing to defend myself in the claim.

Eventually I received an audience and attended a hearing in the Tunisian bar in the spring of 2017 with Sami Slim.
Sami Slim informed me that all his children were big fans of my music. He invited me for dinner in his house several times.

Here is the evidence he wrote on whats app about how crazy his kids were about my music.
Evidence:

He threatened to bring the entire family to my hotel for photos and autographs if I didn’t accept the invitation. Eventually I accepted the invitation.

On the day of the dinner I went to my Bank Biat bank and withdrew 3000 Dinars.
I gave this money to Sami Slim as an advance payment for representation in the case and also if we needed any expense he could draw money from the sum to cover it. 

On my way to the airport I gave Sami Slim all the Tunisian dinars I had in my possession to add to the budget towards the case. I thought it was 980 dinars but he corrected me telling me it was more. We had a discussion on whats app about this. Here is the evidence below.

Evidence:

The total amount of money I paid to Sami slim was 4680.Out of this money he paid 650 dinars to a lady by the name of Donia labidi for the translation of documents for the case. He was left with 4030 Dinars. Sami Slim Slim took all the money and betrayed me.

There are three important things that happened with Sami Slim which aroused my suspicion.

  1. After the hearing in the Tunisian Bar, Sami slim told me that Faiza Douzi’s lawyer asked him to warn me that she will bring more cases against me.
  2. My local assistant shortly after informed me that Sami slim had become friends with Faiza Douzi on Facebook.
  3. I asked sami slim to send me a copy of what he will submit in my defence in the case in the Tunisian Bar. I received nothing.

Sami Slim submitted nothing in my defence in the case in the Tunisian bar. He wanted me to loose. This prompted me to search for another lawyer as it was clear to me that Sami Slim had turned rogue.

Here are three messages I wrote on whats app to sami slim and I received no reply.

Sami Slim had disappeared.
I lost the case in the Tunisian Bar as I predicted. The only thing Sami Slim did for me was the submission of the entire evidence I sent to him including evidence that Faiza Douzi was charging for sex.

The experience I had with Sami Slim left me scarred. This level of betrayal by a professional lawyer was a new experience for me.
After I won the case in the court of appeal my international lawyer sent a copy of the judgement to Sami slim and requested an apology for his behaviour but he received no response.

After this experience with Sami Slim and Amira Khemiri, both of whom I paid in cash, I quickly realised that I would have to stop paying cash and start documenting every transaction through the bank as these lawyers were all corrupt, deceptive, manipulative and racist.

My money was not enough to buy loyalty or professional integrity. I was not Tunisian that was all that mattered to them. My fame meant nothing. The fact that I was promoting their country in collaboration with the Tourism office in Tunis meant nothing.
Sami slim is not a fit and proper person to be acting as a lawyer.

He is a rogue!!

We have a few questions for Sami Slim.

  1. Sami slim why did you betray the international al artist Low Deep T
  2. Sami slim, all your kids were big fans of low Deep T, you mentioned your daughter was crazy to meet him in your text have you told them that you sold him out.
  3. How much did the opposition pay you to betray Low deep T?
  4. Are you aware that low Deep T charges a lot of money for personal appearances , he went to your house and took photos with all your kids for no fee because you were his lawyer. Why did you use him and abuse him?

Sami slim was one of the lawyers found guilty of abuses by the Iwatch investigation . Till today no action has been taken against him.

We hope that the current president of the Tunisian bar will review all the evidence on this site and hold these rogue lawyers accountable for their abuses and betrayal of the ethics of the legal profession.

Sami slim is a rogue lawyer, he has no respect for Tunisian law or any concern about the image of Tunisia internationally.
